PROFI DISPENSE 06 H

PROFI DISPENSE 06 H are professional dispensing devices equipped with the same technology as the CLEVER DISPENSE 06 H. With their extremely flat housing format and the remote dispensing head these devices are the professional solution to be integrated in automation technology. In application of dispensing technology in mechanical engineering long hoses may occur between dispensing control and dispensing head. To avoid associated disadvantages, the control electronics and dispensing pneumatic (PM 06) of the PROFI DISPENSE 06 are divided into two individual modules. The main benefits include the small dimensions of the control unit and pneumatic module as well as its ability to dispense with accuracy. All application parameter like dispensing pressure, retract vacuum or nozzle- and cartridge temperature are parameterized by the PC or the system control. This provides complete control of the dispensing process. The devices are designed for dispensing small dots and fine lines of liquid to pasty material either as 1K-type or 2K-type. A network interface for integration is standard equipment as well as a USB and the I/O interface for controlling the dispensing pulse by TTL or 24V signals.
